Chief Minister extends services of power company Executive Engineer : Dr. Raman Singh participates in ‘Lok Suraj’ campaign

Raipur. Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh today made a surprise tour of the gram panchayat headquarter  Kharkatta (development block Pathalgaon) and took part in the ‘Samadhaan Shivir’. He then attended the ‘Samadhaan Shivir’ at gram panchayat  headquarter Nagara (development block Ramchandrapur) district Balrampur-Ramanujganj. Chief Minister called upon the concerned department officials and asked them to give the developments after the first phase of Lok  Suraj mission on the stage.
Chief Minister expressed his satisfaction over the electricity connections in the hamlets of village Karkatta in Pathalgaon division district Jashpur at the ‘ ‘Samadhaan Shivir’.  Dr. Raman Singh expressed his happiness at the work done by power company Executive Engineer Mr. Bhowmik. He revealed that the hamlets will be provided with electricity connections by June 2018.
Dr. Raman Singh asked the Engineer Mr. Bhowmik when he is going to retire and he replied that he will be doing so in June 2018. Chief Minister said that State Government needed hardworking people like him and he would not allow him to retire so soon.  Dr. Raman Singh announced from the stage itself that he is extending the services of Mr. Bhowmik.
Chief Minister distributed 200 domestic cooking gas connections to women at the gram panchayat Karkatta. Dr. Raman Singh enquired about the functioning of the State Government offices with the gathering. He instructed the District Collector to clear the arrears of MGNREGA wages of the past two months as early as possible. Ninety-three applications had been cleared for Social Security pension out of 182 applications.
Dr. Raman Singh sanctioned Rs Five lakh to instal solar pumps to solve the drinking water problem at villages Karkatta, Buladand and Kajri, Rs three lakh to build additional classroom at village Durri. Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Shivshankar Paikra, Chief Secretary Mr. Ajay Singh, Special secretary Mr. Rajesh Sukumar Toppo, Special Secretary to Chief minister Mr. Mukesh Bansal and several senior officers were also present.
